I have been patiently waiting for the day to come, where I can live in NZ and subscribe to a monthly beauty box. After a 3-year long wait, the time is finally here. Yes, New Zealand finally has access to fun, subscription boxes. Can I get a halluelah? Bellabox has finally reached our shores and I am over the moon. Launching at the end of last year, there have been three boxes so far and I am sharing sneak peaks and my thoughts on Bella Box so far.

November Bellabox 2017
November Bellabox 2017: This was my first experience opening a Bella Box. Packaging is perfection and the contents were intriguing. The featured product of this box was Kevin Murphy Colour Bug. In all honesty, I haven’t used products like this before and I did not buy into the hair chalk phase so this product was a miss for me (although I am sure my nieces will adore it). However, I loved the other products in the box, so although the value wasn’t 100% there for me, I still enjoyed the box overall.
Bellabox November 2017 Contents: KMS Add Volume Liquid Dust, RRP $34. BLAQ Face Mask, RRP $29.99. John Frieda Secret Weapon Finish Creme, RRP $22.99. ELF Sunkissed Glow Bronzer, RRP $7. Kevin Murphy Colour Bug, RRP $25.
December Bellabox: December is always such a hectic month and so the Festive and Fabulous box had me extra excited. Featuring a StyLondon Eyeshadow Palette, haircare and skincare, this month’s box featured a range of products. The only full-size item was the eyeshadow palette but the shades are stunning and I love being introduced to new brands, all of which these are.
Bellabox November 2017 Contents: Stylondon Eyeshadow Palette, RRP $17. Justice Professional Shampoo and Conditioner, RRP 19.95 ea.Innisfree Orchid Enriched Cream, RRP $38.50. Prep Body/Prep Originals Rice Soak and Scrub, RRP 15.95.
January Bellabox: This is by far my favourite box to date. The All About New box features so many good products and I could not wait to get stuck in. The highlight of this box has to be the Karen Murrell lipstick which is a natural lip product and NZ made.I love seeing NZ brands featured in the box and with a value of $29.99 for one lipstick, this rest of the items in this box were just a bonus.
Bellabox January 2018 Contents: Karen Murrell Lipstick in Sandstorm, RRP $30. BLAQ Meteor Shower Scrub, RRP $24.95. Essenzza Fuss Free Naturals Face Sheet Mask RRP $4.95. Nivea Creme Tin, RRP $7.99. QVS Makeup Brush RRP $9.95.
So far, I am really enjoying my experience with Bellabox. In my opinion, the boxes just keep getting better and better and it’s such a nice surprise opening each months box to see what surprise beauty products await us. If you have ever thought about joining a beauty box service, I do recommend this one. For the small price tag, the mystery products are worth it, even if some products arent your cup of tea, the value within each box makes it worth the small price tag.
